Our client, a globally recognized technology company, is expanding their B2B sales team and looking for driven, German-speaking professionals who know how to turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

This isn’t just about hitting numbers – it’s about helping businesses adopt the right solutions, guiding them from purchase to real impact, and becoming the person your clients actually want to hear from.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Own your territory – drive revenue through new sales, renewals, and strategic upselling
• Be the first point of contact post-sale: onboard new clients, accelerate their time to value, and ensure they get the most out of what they’ve bought
• Build genuine relationships with decision-makers who rely on your guidance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to sharpen processes and elevate the customer experience
• Keep your CRM clean and current — good data fuels good decisions

What Makes You a Fit:

• Fluent German and English — you switch between both effortlessly, written and spoken
• 2–3 years in a B2B sales, account management, or commercial customer-facing role
• You’ve consistently hit targets — and you’ve got the track record to prove it
• People trust you quickly. You communicate clearly, listen well, and handle fast-paced environments without breaking a sweat
• CRM experience (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong plus
• You pick up new tools and technologies fast — and actually enjoy it
